Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) – Friendship (Phoenix, AZ)

Servicios: intensive services following, or to prevent, a psychiatric hospitalization. We offer coordinated care with other community providers for long-term integrated psychiatric and substance abuse treatment as well as crisis prevention and medication management. Our services include both 1:1 and Group Counseling and serve both SMI Title 19 and non-19 populations, transportation and meals provided.
