The purpose of this convention is to unify and advance the field of prevention by emphasizing the need within the prevention community to invest in the growth of local prevention initiatives, while at the same time expanding and strengthening networks and partnerships across the region.
Workshop sessions will provide support not only for the development of basic prevention knowledge, skills and abilities for newer practitioners, but also for the growth in proficiency for more experienced practitioners.
